Obituary for Earl Foster

Earl Leverne Foster, 83, of Auxvasse passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at St. Mary’s Health Center in Mexico, with his family at his side.

He was born on September 9, 1934 in Auxvasse, Missouri, the son of the late Leo Foster and the late Beulah (Youngblood) Foster.

On June 10, 1955, Earl was married to Virginia (Brandenburg) Foster who survives his passing.

Earl worked as a truck driver for Foster Brothers, a job that he loved. He liked to watch Cardinals baseball and The Big Bang Theory. He also enjoyed scratching lottery tickets and spending time with his grandkids and dog, Coco.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia; daughters, Darla Rigdon (Jim) of Auxvasse, Donna Walker (Ron Boswell) of Mexico, Deana Foster of Auxvasse, and De Ann White (Shaun) of Gladstone; son, Darren Foster (Rikka Brown) of Auxvasse; brother, Neal Foster (LeeAnn) of Auxvasse; eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Earl was preceded in death by brothers, Carl, Wayne and Paul Foster; and sister, Betty Mize.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at First Christian Church in Auxvasse with Pastor Kevin Wilkerson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in honor of grandson, Tymon White, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton MO 65251.
